Farmers are having a difficult time getting their corn and soybean crops in the ground, but Stu Ellis reports some are planning to also produce their first hemp crop this year. He says It is difficult to tell at this point that if the weather challenges this year will diminish the plans of several hundred Illinois farmers to raise hemp.
