Today we’re making Sweet Hempseed Milk!!!
½ C Shelled Hemp Seeds (AKA Hemp Hearts)
2 C Spring Water
2 Tbs Maple Syrup(can sub Agave Nectar, Honey, or Stevia Extract to taste)*OPTIONAL
1 tsp Vanilla Extract(can sub Cocoa or Cacao Powder , Almond Extract or any other flavor)*OPTIONAL
Place all ingredients in blender bottle and run until smooth and creamy(about 3 minutes).
If desired you can strain through mesh or cheese cloth(I never do).
Chill in a Mason jar or drink warm.
Keeps in the fridge for about 5 days.
Store in a glass jar and shake well before use.
